 How To Be Beautiful


The more you look upon something of beauty the more you want to have it. Beauty injects a feeling of elegance - a strong emotion you feel inside yourself which makes you feel great about who and what you are. But what must one do to feel beautiful to feel this sense of elegance? It begins with your health. How can you look and feel good if you don't FEEL good.


Health plays an important role in boosting the feeling being beautiful. Some women suffers from the Beauty and the Beast syndrome - where one day a serious effort is attempted to look wonderful and then the next - no matter how hard they try - nothing will work. Why? There are two key reason to take claim of being beautiful.


 The first is your have to feel good physically. Your health is 80% of how you feel about yourself and how you feel in general. Take better care of yourself. Visit your doctor and do as he recommends. Exercise, drink plenty of water. Give your body what it needs to perform better for you. Soon you will be feeling better all over physically, mentally. Because you are feeding your body what it needs to make you feel better.


Second, is how you feel about yourself. You need to find your beauty from within and let it out. See who you are, and love yourself. This can give you lots of confidence and can steer you in the right direction to help you make your beauty regime perfect for you. Share who you are, by talking with people about the things you love. Do the things you love to do. Push aside negativity, don't allow it to linger in your mind.


Remember that the anxieties of life can make you sad and bring a frown to your face, frowning can bring on more wrinkles, and that takes away from feeling beautiful. Apply these two helpful suggestions. By doing so you will see a transformation, you will see that you stand straighter, you will see you smile much more. You will see your complexion getting better and you will see you feel better within yourself. You will look in the mirror and like yourself much more than before. Why? Because you love yourself more and you feel better about yourself. Now you can put on that beautiful dress you bought yourself and the shoes you bought to match the dress. Fix your hair, and apply your makeup. Now you can walk out knowing you have beaten the beast.
